This landscape is more impressionistic than my usual paintings. It allowed me loosen up and not get all fidgety with the details. Overall, I'm happy with it.

Very fine depth of color there in the trees. I like how the shadows look so cool & inviting. I wondered what the sketches from yesterday would turn into - it's educational seeing the work in progress.
