These days, I'm feeling a bit stretched thin. Having enough new pieces to share with a local gallery, my etsy shop and monthly Second Friday events has proven challenging. Making sure those pieces are a good representation of my work and show some growth is even more challenging. Add summer with kids at home and little painting time? A nice cocktail of frustration and limited productivity. It's difficult to swallow...but good thing us artists are all a little loopy. I can't stop doing what I love to do. Even if it's not the best drink, I'll add ice and coat the rim in sugar. And chug.
