Rice Sprouts
Rice production here in the Central Valley is huge. It's frequently grown in non-linear, wavy rows that curve and hug their way down the Delta. Perfect for painting!

Yay! I have been waiting for you to paint the rice fields. Love it. If you're taking requests I say paint the scene on the causeway right now with the tufts of grasses in the water up front and the rice fields behind. Every time I drive over I think of you.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Melissa! I will have to check out the causeway scenery this weekend. I've been Davis-bound all week!
